Phuture: FLY!! Big warm welcome to Phuture Collective :). We’re excited for a chance to get to know you further so let’s hop right into it.
What did you have for breakfast?
FLY: Sativa and a bagel

Phuture: Let’s talk about ‘Bengali’. Talk to us about the inspirations behind the track and the current path you are on!
FLY: Yee “Bengali” is the first of a few tracks coming out this Fall that are apart of a transition to a more minimal, percussion-focused style that aligns more with my vision for the future.

Phuture: What do you do for a living outside of music? What is your creation space like?
FLY: For work I’m a freelance audio engineer, doing mixing, mastering and production in LA. Also been working part time doing proposal writing for a software company on the side. I built a treated mastering studio in Downtown where I do all music/video related stuff.

Phuture: If you had to live in a giant pumpkin or a tiny house the rest of your life what would you choose? (The pumpkin will not rot btw!)
FLY: yee pumpkin studio sounds nice

Phuture: How did you discover Phuture Collective?
FLY: I feel like I had heard about Phuture long before I found most of the catalog just through word of mouth from homies

FLY: dam hard to choose 5 but a few that come to mind

Phuture: Anything else you want to mention before we part ways for now?
FLY: I’ll post upcoming release dates soon for singles coming out this fall on below the surface, Dont Die at Work, Good Nature, Saturate! Records and a few others.
