Question: What was the first track you heard today?

Answer: This morning  me and my girlfriend woke up and we listened to old rock and roll and soul music, we also played some 60’s lounge music while we were waking up

Question: Summing up 2015, in a musical nutshell what did music do for you and where did it take you?
Answer:  Its been a very long year in terms of music, but a really good year, I grew so much based on a number of different experiences, i really came into my style for the first time and I found myself being able to really actualize my ideas. Music took me too many great places and many unexpected places, and all i look forward too everyday is where it will take me next

Question: Let us step in your shoes for a day. What’s for breakfast, whats your daily routine, and when is music involved?
Answer:  I wake up at 7 am pretty much everyday, I’m attending school at the moment so I go eat breakfast in the dining hall and then attend my classes for the day. Music happens for me every moment of everyday, I spend my time listening to music anytime I cant produce, and in class I spend a lot of time imagining what I could be making instead of paying attention. I always produce when i feel inspired, i try not to force myself, sometimes inspiration hits me at 2:00 am when i’m trying to sleep, and I end up staying up till 5 working on a new track.

Question: We are giving you a hot air balloon filled with $50,000 you MUST spend to travel the world for 324 hours. What do you choose to do and where to you go?
Answer:  Definitely Japan, I’ve always wanted to go to Tokyo and Kyoto. Japan is an extremely beautiful country for so many reasons. I’ve also been told that food in Japan is crazy, and I’d love to check out the music happening in there because I bet its fucking sweet. Basically I would go around the whole country trying to eat as much food and listen to as much music as possible.

Question:What are your goals, musically, for 2016?
Answer: I think my goals are pretty much the same every year, just to make as much as possible and share it with anyone who will listen, also to procrastinate less, and to stop listening to lame people who don’t vibe with my music.

Question: How do you make money if you do?
Answer: I pretty much only make right now for a fundraiser, a buddy of mine and I are raising money to purchase a PA system for parties that we throw in the woods, otherwise I’m broke haha

Question: Let’s flip the tables. You ask us a question and we’ll premiere the answer when your track gets posted. Go!
Question (from Kiedo): Do you think it is our responsibility as producers to educate those who don’t respect or feel that our art form is legitimate, or should we just progress without these people?
Answer: Our art form is legitimate.  To educate helps spread knowledge which can be used for continual progress. The more the merrier, when it comes to like minds. As producers it’s your responsibility to find those who relate closest to your values, styles, beliefs, etc… as the closer you work with like minds the easier and faster it is to progress & learn.

Question: When was the moment you decided that producing was right for you?
Answer: I had always wanted to make music, but I had never had a right outlet, everything I tried wasn’t working for me until I met one of my best friends who taught me how to produce, and also showed me a huge amount of music i was completely unaware of. Galimatias, Stwo, Penthouse Penthouse, and James Blake were some of the first artists I was introduced to, and I felt something I had never felt before, an immediate connection and love for electronic music, from that point on I knew it was what i wanted to do.
