What are you doing at this very moment [besides this interview]?
Listening to some herzeloyde, making breakfast and smoking a morning bowl.
How would you describe your sound?
Well… I guess you could say I usually make a racket.
Favorite food and drink! Go!
Mozzarella sticks are the bomb! I like all the MT. Dews but I try not to drink them too often.
What DAW do you use? Favorite plugins?
I use FL Studio. My favorite plugins would have to be Direct Wave and Gross Beat. I usually just use the plugins that come with FL Studio, honestly.
Why do you produce and what keeps you going?
I produce for self expression. 100% and I could never stop expressing myself. Producing is what keeps me going.
Where would you go if you were given an all-expenses paid trip for a week to anywhere in the world?
The world is so big, =O this is tough! I’ve always wanted to see Hawaii.
Most heart warming or inspiring moment thus far on this incredible musical journey?
I’d say my most inspiring moment of my career so far would be meeting Deorro after one of his shows. I knew his music back in his Ton!c days and watching him grow from struggling to get 1000 views on some songs to working with Chris Brown really opened my eyes to the fact that anything is possible, and that anyone can make it if they want it bad enough.
Where do you see yourself 1 year from now? 2 years? 5 years?
I have no idea. I can hardly predict how my next few days are gonna be. It’s something I struggle with.
Who are some up and coming producers that we should check out?
clinsane | zonaw | helloimcarterandimakemusic | shadez-6 | kcblackmusic
What four songs have been the most influential to where you’ve gotten today?
1. Afrojack – Amanda | 2. TON!C – Pokay | 3. Rickyxsan – Pop Dat Thang | 4. Bleep Bloop – Hovercraft
What upcoming work is in store for us to look forward to? An album perhaps?
Working on some more chill stuff to go along with the hype =]
