phuture: It’s a pleasure to have you on board & we welcome you with warm arms! Since this is your first release with phuture we’ve got some bases to cover. Let’s get right to it. Tell the world about yourself! Where are you from, what inspires you, etc.
gahn. : I’m from Oakland, ca in the bay area. It’s a great city and location, the people are awesome and its super diverse and lots of awesome music and artists. Generally what inspires me is just listening to other music any genre or time period, I’ll just listen to something and be like “Oh, thats cool.

phuture: How would you describe your music to someone who hasn’t taken the time to hear it yet?
gahn. : Just music. There’s not much to it. It’s somewhat moody and dark and sometimes is soft and melodic and sometimes hits a little harder. If you dig its cool, if you don’t its cool.

phuture: What made you realize that you wanted to produce and what keeps you going?
gahn. : When I started to make music that I actually felt I could enjoy outside of the context of me making the song.

phuture: Coffee or tea?
gahn. : Tea. Coffee sucks. Tea is just natural and you feel good after drinking it.

phuture: What is the last thing you typically think about before you fall asleep? [Elaborate]
gahn. : Nothing. If I think too much I stay awake.

phuture: Could you name us the single most inspiring moment on your journey thus far as an artist?
gahn. : The moment where a couple of song of mine (unreleased at the moment) came to fruition. They are hella good.

phuture: What releases do you have coming up? Additionally what goals do you have for 2017?
gahn. : I got some really dope stuff coming up next year. Tons of unreleased stuff should find a home next year as well as a collaborative ep with a certain up and coming artists.

gahn. : CYW, TC3re, RZON. Khaki, and Eli Way (even though he’s bigger than me)
