Question: Summing up 2015, in a musical nutshell what did music do for you and where did it take you?

Answer: I discovered so many new genres in the end of 2015 that I decided I wanted to make. 2015 was also the start of Oslo and the year I went to Grammy Camp.

Question: Let us step in your shoes for a day. What’s for breakfast, whats your daily routine, and when is music involved?

Answer: I wake up and I have some eggs and a Kale smoothie on the way to school (I’m currently a senior in high school). Sometimes if I have free time there I’ll mess around with music. After that I go to swim practice, and then I come home and do the essentials.. Netflix and music.

Question: We are giving you a hot air balloon filled with $50,000 you MUST spend to travel the world for 324 hours. What do you choose to do and where to you go?

Answer: The Bermuda Triangle because I don’t doubt the fact that I’d be a bomb hot air balloon pilot and make it out of there with ease. After that though I’d probably head over to Jamaica.

Question: Any projects coming up that we should know of?

Answer: A few that are top secret 😉 My next song out will be a trap single, and then pretty soon after that I have a collab with female vocalist Apollodor and another one with a rapper. I’m pretty overwhelmed in projects I’m so proud of right now.

Question:What are your goals, musically, for 2016?

Answer: I want to gain a bigger following but honestly I just want to make cool music that tons of people listen to. If I were to make a quantitative goal I’d say that I want 200,000 plays on all my songs that I release in 2016 added together. Yes, I have big plans.

Answer: I have no source of income right now but I’m trying to be a coffee barista this summer.

Question for phuture (artist) : Favorite edm artist of all time besides me?

Answer: besides you???! thats a tough one. EDM wise, probably NERO or Sub Focus or Knife Party or Skrillex, due to their ability to produce unreal energy and euphoria with sound & the innovation at the time.

Question: When was the moment you decided that producing was right for you?

Answer: When I went on my first vacation as a producer back in like 2013. We were staying in a house on an island and I couldn’t enjoy any of it because all I wanted was my computer to produce music, even if it was the most awful house music you had listened to at the time.

Answer: 1. Madi. I said this in the last interview, but she’s a friend of mine and she’s so talented. She’s an amazing producer and an even more amazing vocalist. She’s gaining tons of momentum in the edm world. Her next songs out are with Virtual Riot and KSHMR and R3hab.
