Phuture: Well well well – it’s about time :). Big warm welcome to Phuture main stage duggmore!! You’ve been with us for a couple years now releasing on both Destinuna & Future vibes – while in the meantime putting out crazy creations on your own. Excited to pick your brain today :D.

Let’s dive right in. What did y’all have for lunch today?

duggmore: I had a pizza from Marzano’s, half buffalo chicken, half margherita. I ate the whole thing.

Phuture: Tell the world about you!! Where are you from, how long have you been producing, what’s your favorite beverage, what you do outside of music, etc. 

duggmore: I’m 26 years old, from Winchester, CT. I’ve been producing for about 7 years. I started making music on garageband my senior year of highschool, and ended up studying music and audio production in college. My favorite beverage is RUNA. Twice the antioxidants of green tea, USDA organic, no crash, no jitters, and I’m not even sponsored yet. I work at a middle school as a behavior technician and I try to stay as active as possible. ________________________________________

Phuture: What is the most interesting thing that’s happened to you recently?

duggmore: I had tres leches for the first time, was not impressed.

Phuture: Let’s talk about ‘Jitters’! What was the idea behind this track? Please describe the emotions that went into this 🙂

duggmore: I had mixed emotions making ‘Jitters’. I wanted it to feel organic. The first half came together very naturally, and after that it was pain and suffering until I couldn’t stand it. I ended up revisiting it and once I found a transition into the second half, I was able to see the light and ended up with something I wanted to share with people.

Phuture: What are 3 things that most people might not know about you?

duggmore: I have an excessive amount of hot sauce in my fridge, I do my own laundry and I wash my dishes right after I use them.

Phuture: If a tree falls in a forest and there is no one there to hear the sound – was there any sound at all? Bonus question – did the tree even fall?

duggmore: You’d have to ask the tree, it might’ve been faking it.

duggmore: Have you considered putting out a compilation on vinyl w/ stickers, other merch etc.?

Phuture: Deff considered it!! Just not so sure of the market and the cost to get that going is pretty high ;(. This issue sure would be a fire one to do so with though 😀

Phuture: What does the next year look like for ya? Any album / shows / streams / travel plans being put together?

duggmore: I plan to release an album later this year with a couple singles before then.
